About the Role
Acess Meditech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced HR Manager with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise in Human Resources. The role involves managing the full HR lifecycle, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and acting as a strategic partner to business leaders. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
Lead HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Oversee performance management, training, and employee engagement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
Handle disciplinary procedures, grievance management, and conflict resolution.
Maintain HR metrics, reports, and support management with workforce planning.
Foster a positive workplace culture to enhance productivity and retention.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management.
Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance.
Hands-on experience in recruitment, performance management, and employee engagement.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in HRMS tools and MS Office.
Preferred Skills:
HR certifications (SHRM, HRCI, etc.) are an advantage.
Experience in IT/Tech/Insurance/Healthcare industries preferred.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
